Return & Refund Policy

JJ’s Menswear (“we,” “our,” or “us”) strives to provide quality products and a positive shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may return items purchased online from our store.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Items may be returned within 60 calendar days for store credit.
  • Exchanges are permitted for items of equal or lesser value.
  • Returned items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
    • Returned in original packaging
    • With tags attached
    • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or other damage
  • Altered or modified clothing is not eligible for return or exchange.

 


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Altered or tailored items
  • Items with removed tags
  • Final sale merchandise
  • Gift cards

 


3. Return Process

All returns require prior authorization. To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping address. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

5. Refunds and Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon inspection and approval of returned items.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
  • Store credit or exchange items will be issued promptly upon approval.

 


6. Future In-Store Returns

Once JJ’s Menswear operates a physical location, online purchases may be returned or exchanged in-store.


7. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. JJ’s Menswear is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
